Challenge

Katalydd partners with a leading, higher education brand who in recent years faced an increasing number of competitors with skyrocketing online presence. This influx lead to a crowded competitive digital space.

At the same time, prospective students’ digital media consumption habits were fragmenting and shifting across devices and platforms, making it harder than ever to find and convert new customers.

 

Through the use of our proprietary scorecards, we analyzed the entire consumer journey from media to use experience to offline conversion channels to gain actionable market insights.

This market intelligence allowed us to identify consumer targets and associated buying behaviors and build a comprehensive recommendation to target and convert the highest value audiences.

Results

Performance targets we hit within first 90 days includes,

 

17% Performance improvement, 13% Cost per lead reduction and Transformed into industry leader in mobile: increased mobile share of conversions from 18% to 40% .
